The owner, Mr. Kazuyuki Kitagawa, gained experience at the Michelin-starred Japanese cuisine restaurant "Ginza Shinohara", and also trained at "Sushi Namba", "Ginza Oishi", "Naruse", and "Sushi Ryujiro". As such, he has a wealth of experience ranging from sushi to tempura. He also learned Japanese cuisine from Takemasa Shinohara of "Japanese Cuisine Shinohara", the predecessor of "Ginza Shinohara", and all of the current staff members worked at the original restaurant as well. Inherited from his mentor, โ€œGinza Kitagawaโ€ was opened in the former location of "Ginza Shinohara".
